Where We Deliver:

We will deliver to most addresses within Australia, but do not deliver to International locations. We require a street address for delivery – unfortunately we cannot deliver to a P.O. Box.

Some remote locations cannot be serviced, however Mr Filter’s carrier may be able to deliver to a Local Depot where you can collect your Products. The Locations we can deliver to may change from time-to-time. Please call our Sydney Office at (02) 9769 1166 to find out if we deliver to your location.

How I Will Receive My Delivery:

Upon the order being placed, our Warehouse will determine whether the Goods are in the best interests of being Delivered via our own Mr Filter Delivery Service, or via an Outsourced Courier.

Be mindful that our Drivers are working around the clock to ensure that your good are delivered within the required time and will provide you with the best Quality Service and Efficiency when Delivering your Goods.

When Will I Receive My Delivery:

When placing your order, we consider these factors when calculating the Estimated Delivery Date:

  • Order Processing: The amount of time it takes for us to prepare your order for shipping. This typically takes 1 – 2 days however, some orders may ship within as few as 4 hours and some may take up to 5 days. If an order is going to take longer than 2 days, one of our staff will contact you for further information for its (ETA) Estimated Time Of Arrival.


  • Transit Time: The amount of time it takes your order to leave our Distribution Warehouse and arrive at the Local Delivery Carrier.

Some areas may take longer due to the frequency of deliveries to the delivery zip code. When the delivery provider receives your order and is ready to schedule a delivery date, they will attempt to contact you at the telephone number that you provided in your order.

 At that time, they will let you know what days of the week they are able to deliver to your area. Deliveries will be made between the hours of 8am and 4:30pm on the Delivery Day you select. The Delivery Company will make every effort to deliver within the time window provided.

Attempts Upon Collection Of Goods:

If the Delivery Driver has arrived at the current location for the collection of goods and the Signature is not there to collect, then the Delivery Driver will Contact the Signature and collect the required information that will determine the best time to deliver or if the goods are best left somewhere on the premises.

If the Signature is not Contactable at that time, and the Signature has not referred the goods to be left on the premises, then the Package will be returned to the nearest Depot and arranged to be delivered on another date providing the Signature is available to collect the goods at the requested time.

What Am I Responsible For:

Examine your order upon delivery to ensure that there are no visible signs of Damaged, Missing or Incorrect Pieces. In the event that there are Missing, Damaged or Incorrect Packages, please contact I.T Department on (02) 9769 1166 within 48 hours of your Delivery or Review our Refund Policy

Other Fees & Charges:

There may be circumstances that require additional payment by you if the conditions mentioned have not been met.

[For example, if you need to change the delivery address and your order has already shipped, etc.]

Who Needs To Sign For my Delivery?

Either you or your Representative, that is 18 years of age or older, must be present to receive the merchandise at the agreed upon day and time window.

Delivering To A Tradeshow or Convention Centre Or Freight Forwarder:

In order to ensure that your Delivery is processed as quickly as possible; please Contact Us by calling (02) 9769 1166 SYD or visit our to attain other Branch Contacts. Please indicate to the advisor that your order will be delivered to a Tradeshow, Convention Centre or a Freight Forwarder. Additional delivery information is required to ensure accurate processing of your order. Additional Delivery Charges may apply to these order types based time frame and Location For Delivery.

Cost Of Delivery:

Freight Charge calculated may change at anytime before or after the sale due to error.

Be Aware that by using the Heavy Goods Delivery Method, a Representative will get in contact with you to discuss the best time to deliver as the Method of delivery is not a standard Method and requires rescheduling in order to keep efficiency and delivering your Goods on time.

If you have received an incorrect item in your order (as against your proof of purchase/order confirmation), we ask that you notify us via email at within 48 hours of receiving your incorrect delivery and provide us with clear information (including images) regarding said item.


Our Online Sales team will then contact you and provide you with instructions on how to return the incorrect item. If it has been determined by Zachary Roumanos that a valid claim has been made and the incorrect item has been returned to us unused in its original packaging, we will deliver the correct item to you free of charge. In such instances, we will also cover the delivery charge for the return of the item.  We apologise for any inconvenience caused.
