PRODUCT BENEFITS
PRO 5 5W-30 is a premium grade, full synthetic SAE 5W-30 engine oil developed for use in modern petrol & diesel engines exclusively in professional workshops and vehicle service centres. It uses a combination of advanced additive technology and a low shear rate viscosity modifier, to ensure additional protection against wear, corrosion, oil oxidation, piston deposits and sludge under tough conditions.
PRO 5 meets API (American Petroleum Institute) SP and ACEA C3/C2 specifications for use in petrol and light duty diesel engines including those fitted with DPF’s (Diesel Particulate Filters).
APPLICATION
PRO 5 5W-30 is designed for use in modern 4, 6 & 8+ cylinder multi-cam, multi-valve (including VVT), naturally aspirated, supercharged & turbocharged engines.
PRO 5 5W-30 is suitable for use where SAE 5W-20, SAE 5W-30 or SAE 7.5W-30 viscosity engine oils are recommended by the manufacturer. It may be used where API SP or earlier API specifications SN Plus, SN, SM, SL or SJ were recommended and where ILSAC GF-5, ILSAC GF-4 or ILSAC GF-3 specifications were required. It can be used in modern petrol and light duty diesel engines where API CF, ACEA C3 and ACEA C2 are required and is suitable for vehicles fitted with an after treatment emission system such as a Petrol or Diesel Catalyst or a Diesel Particulate Filter (DPF). It may also be used where ACEA A3/B4 was required in vehicles made before model year 2010.
