Available separately or as part of item '4980' Ring-O-Matic Piston Ring Compressor. Without taking the pliers off the band on which you are working, you can operate it from either vertical or horizontal positions.
Pliers have fine ratchet mechanism which permits the bands to be contracted by minute graduations.
